Process and follow up on insurance claims

Collect and reconcile payments from patients and insurance companies

Resolve claim denials and payment issues

Keep accurate patient account records in HPMS or other systems

Prepare invoices, letters, and account adjustments

Monitor payments and escalate issues when needed

Generate reports on insurance and collections

Communicate with patients, providers, insurance companies, and internal teams

Help improve billing, collections, and reporting processes

Provide professional and respectful service
