Responsibilities
Lead recruiting operations and project management initiatives, partnering with senior stakeholders across Recruiting and Human Capital
Design, document, and optimize scalable recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
Own and deliver complex recruiting programs, including campus recruiting, sponsorship strategy, interviewer training, and referral initiatives
Oversee recruiting systems and tools (ATS, CRM, scheduling platforms), ensuring strong adoption, data integrity, and continuous improvement
Analyze recruiting data, produce actionable reporting, and support strategic decision-making
Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance and operational excellence
