Use common sense and experience to read messy handwriting
Follow state guidelines on when/how to enter a name
Handle invalid names that were not automatically processed

Touch typist only
Fluent in reading and writing English; must be familiar with common names and spellings
Able to read cursive handwriting
Must be computer savvy and understand universal computer commands
Must be a critical thinker
Have deductive reasoning skills
Detail-oriented
