Responsibilities
Assist managers with the overall operations of the Grocery Department
Delegating tasks
Ensuring efficiency and safety
Managing attendance and time-off requests
Conducting associate counseling and performance evaluations
Lead our shift meetings
Communicating updates and feedback obtained during meetings to their teams
Tackle other duties and assignments as provided
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite
Work experience in a warehouse environment required
Preferred
Previous supervisory role a plus but not required
