Responsibilities
Greet visitors and tenants in a professional and courteous manner, providing assistance as needed at the front desk
Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors
Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies to help to deter unauthorized activity
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, and coordinate with appropriate personnel as needed
Maintain accurate records and logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitor information as required by site protocols
Communicate clearly with building staff, tenants, and Allied Universal management regarding any security-related concerns or issues
Support emergency response activities by following established protocols and providing information or assistance to emergency personnel when appropriate
Qualification
Required
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
