Responsibilities
Be accountable for marketing performance of a dedicated local market/regional set of offices
Drive data-driven analysis and insights to improve marketing efficacy and value to the business
Build a marketing learning agenda, and prioritize tests that can be iterative across other markets supporting positive business growth
Support managing annual budgets and revenue forecasts; provide updates on incremental opportunities
Understand overarching business objectives, strategy and operations, to adapt and define for local intricacies and considerations
Continue to optimize funnels and campaigns to reach growth goals
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in marketing or digital media management
Collaborative team player who can rally multiple cross-functional stakeholders behind a vision, influence decisions, and work under pressure
Proven ability to move from strategy to tactical execution - autonomously develop multiple strategic marketing initiatives at the same time and be able to implement them flawlessly
Proven ability to go from 'insights to action' - work with data to build, execute, measure, and optimize impactful plans
High emotional intelligence - strong relationship management skills and executive presence
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a high attention to detail
Knowledge of and interest in brand and direct response marketing
