Maintain the highest quality, consistent product standards
Follow all company drink recipes and procedures
Provide exceptional customer service with a lively attitude
Demonstrate exemplary menu and product knowledge
Maintain property and adequate set-up of coffee station daily
Clean equipment and entire coffee bar area
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high volume periods
Order all products needed for coffee bar
Able to stand for numerous hours at a time
Must be able to work a minimum of 5 shifts per week and availability to work weekends
Qualification
Required
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time
Capacity to work well under pressure and as part of a team
Clean equipment and entire coffee bar area
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high volume periods
Order all products needed for coffee bar
Able to stand for numerous hours at a time

Preferred
Previous experience in a barista role preferred
