The Retail Operations Coordinator will support the Senior National Account Manager by managing day-to-day retail operations and ensuring the seamless execution of commercial plans across key retail partners.

Responsibilities

Coordinating the implementation of account promotional plans and calendars

Management of hot spot, GWP/PWP process with Marketing, Distributor and key internal stakeholders

Facilitate information flow between Coty and distributor for data such as service level and stockholding

Liaise with Demand Planning and communicate any stock availability issues to the customer

Day to day contact with distributor team to respond to ad hoc requests and issues

Liaising with merchandising teams, marketing and distributor on merchandising projects

Work closely with the marketing team to align sales plans with activity

Supporting SNAM with forecasting inputs and analysis

Work together with Demand Planning to ensure all external promotional proposals and internal promotional forecasts are aligned

Coding and checking invoices in line with internal deadlines and tracking against TI budgets

Creation and submission of new line forms for distributor as required

Coordinating samples and testers for distributor

Ad hoc reporting requirements as dictated by distributor and SNAMs

Maintenance of sales databases for product codes and bar codes

Coordinating best in class example reports of our in-store and online activations

Compiling reports on competitor activity

Manage RRP files for Ireland
