Enterprise Account Executive
DispatchIt is seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding relationships with existing ones. This role involves owning the full sales cycle, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy aligned with company objectives
Drive revenue growth through new enterprise customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
Build multi-threaded relationships within net new and existing customers to ensure continued business growth and adoption of Dispatch’s core products
Identify, pursue, and close high‑value opportunities across target industries
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics; report regularly to leadership
Lead negotiations and manage complex contracts with enterprise clients
Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategy
Define ideal customer profiles and build targeted prospecting campaigns for deals valued at a baseline of $500,000+ in annual revenue
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise decision‑makers and stakeholders
Create and execute account plans to drive growth and retention
Own the sales cycle from prospecting through close and post‑sale expansion
Travel as needed (up to 25%) for client meetings, conferences, and on‑site visits
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing enterprise business agreements
10+ years in enterprise sales or account management with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
Experience with CRM systems for pipeline management and forecasting
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close complex enterprise agreements
Excellent communication and presentation skills with influence across multiple levels
Superior project management skills in fast-paced, matrixed environments
Data-driven decision-making, including forecasting performance and identifying areas for improvement
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience in full-cycle enterprise sales, solution integration, or account management
Domain knowledge in Construction, Trades, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Retail
Familiarity with industry-specific technologies (ERP, TMS, CRM)
Ability to design account growth strategies and incentive programs
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
