Managing and processing vendor invoices and payments with accuracy and consistency
Maintaining vendor records, including W-9s and expense coding
Reconciling statements, credit card activity, and supporting month-end reporting
Communicating with vendors and internal teams to resolve questions or discrepancies
Providing backup support for billing and assisting with broader Operations needs
Jumping in on special projects and firm initiatives when needed
Qualification
Required
Previous accounts payable experience
Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
Confidence working independently and taking ownership of your work
Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset
Comfort with Microsoft Office and general accounting practices
