Responsibilities
Coordinate multi-modal shipments, including preparation of shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments using SAP ERP
Select batches for shipment to assigned sites and monitor re-order points with drug product CMOs
Identify discrepancies in global shipments and initiate resolutions with quality teams
Analyze shipment data including invoice accuracy, import documentation, tracking, and delivery execution against master production schedules and sales forecasts
Initiate or process routine inventory changes affecting replenishment, invoicing, and stock movement and perform accurate system transactions
Track progress with supervisors, adjust schedules, and communicate changes related to production, change orders, and product availability
Attend cross-functional logistics meetings to review KPIs, challenges, improvement opportunities, and business needs
Qualification
Required
2+ years of relevant experience with BS/BA required
Experience performing routine to semi-routine assignments requiring independent judgment and initiative
Demonstrated understanding of safety, quality, and compliance standards
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and collaborate on complex issues
Preferred
Fundamental understanding of Supply Chain Logistics, Transportation & Trade Compliance, Customs, and FDA requirements
SAP ERP experience
Knowledge of cold chain and pharmaceutical shipping standards
