Responsibilities

Enter, audit, and submit certified payroll data
Ensure compliance with prevailing wage requirements
Verify hours, wages, fringe benefits, and job classifications
Maintain and update Excel tracking sheets
Perform peer reviews of payroll reports
Assist with documentation for audits
Communicate regarding missing or incorrect time entries

Qualification

Required

1–2 years of payroll, accounting, or related experience
Strong Excel skills: sorting, filtering, formulas

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred

Certified payroll/prevailing wage experience
Adobe fillable forms/PDF editing experience
Familiarity with project management software
