Responsibilities

Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members
Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility
Participate in data conversion and data maintenance
Provide best practice and industry specific solutions
Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions
Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed
Participate as a team member of the functional team
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
12+ years of recent networking expertise supporting an enterprise environment
10+ years' experience designing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex WAN/Velo Cloud SD-WAN solutions, including advanced knowledge of BGP and QoS
End-to-end lifecycle experience (design, configuration, installation, administration) with large-scale enterprise networks
Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto and Cisco firewall technologies, including design, installation, maintenance, and support
Experience performing deep-dive troubleshooting using packet captures, flow analysis, and tools such as Wireshark, Panorama logs, and VeloCloud analytics
Hands-on experience with automation or scripting (Python, Ansible, REST APIs) to streamline network operations or configurations
Experience working in ITIL-based environments, including creating RCAs, reviewing changes, and leading P1/P2 incident bridge calls
CCNP certification or equivalent level
Palo Alto advanced knowledge (Global infrastructure management, Panorama, Distributed User-ID, advanced Global Protect)
Wireless experience with Cisco WLC, 802.1x/MAB, and Distributed Flexconnect deployments
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in the field of computing or computer science or a related field
Demonstrated experience in all phases of the design, configuration, installation, and administration of large-scale networks
Strong security experience with firewall technologies, installation, maintenance and support
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
