Responsibilities
Create, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
Develop and execute organic social media strategies
Manage property social media access, logins, and platform setup
Track performance using analytics, ROI reporting, and ad dashboards
Optimize creatives and ad campaigns for performance and engagement
Troubleshoot ad issues as the main liaison with Meta Support
Oversee ad setup to ensure company brand and standards are met
Collaborate with internal teams on video, drone content, and multimedia assets
Film, edit, and publish engaging social content
Report KPIs and insights to leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
1+ year experience in social media advertising and social media management
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Hands-on experience with Canva or similar design platforms
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced marketing environment
