Responsibilities
Own and coordinate core U.S. business operations including facilities, technology, compliance support, insurance administration, and operational readiness
Support audit-ready documentation and administrative stewardship for business registrations, compliance certifications, and internal controls
Provide hands-on operational support across accounting administration, vendor coordination, and business logistics
Partner closely with local management and global headquarters to improve processes, maintain alignment, and support organizational growth
Serve as a trusted point of coordination during operational issues, changes, or disruptions
Contribute to continuous improvement of U.S. operational practices and standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in office management, business operations, or administrative leadership roles
Experience working in regulated, audited, or structured environments (e.g., consulting, engineering, manufacturing, professional services)
Strong organizational skills with a high level of ownership, judgment, and follow-through
Comfort coordinating across finance, IT, compliance, vendors, and leadership
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and digital documentation systems
Ability to operate independently while maintaining strong communication and alignment with stakeholders
