Responsibilities

Assist in aligning the entire team on driving sales

Provide an excellent client experience

Build strong talent

Ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively

Provide input on marketing and client relationship strategies

Drive excellence in client experience on the sales floor

Ensure associates are receiving in-the-moment coaching

Help shape and execute store strategies to build trusting relationships with clients and associates

Drive revenue

Ensure appropriate communications are cascaded throughout the team

Lead by example and with integrity

Collaborate and be strategically focused

Lead through ambiguity and change

Be results oriented

Drive sales personally and through the team

Qualification

Retail management experienceCommunication skillsProficiency with Retail SystemsProficiency with Office programsLanguage skills

Required

Minimum Two (2) years of experience in similar retail management field

Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to influence partners and motivate direct reports

Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Preferred

College/Post-Secondary degree preferred

While not required, Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are considered a strong asset
