Responsibilities
Manage platform implementations and medium-complexity projects
Support fintech initiatives and internal infrastructure enablement
Lead or support projects related to new products, sub-brands, and digital launches
Prepare for future payment-related projects
Support acquisition and integration efforts as needed
Drive clarity around requirements and challenge assumptions constructively
Maintain project plans, timelines, risks, and status reporting
Qualification
Required
7+ years of project management experience, with the most recent 3-4 years in banking or financial services
Experience managing technology or platform implementations
Strong grasp of PM fundamentals and execution
Experience with Smartsheet or similar tools
Clear communicator with strong stakeholder coordination skills
Exposure to fintech, payments, or digital banking
PMP or working toward certification
