Zing Recruiting is seeking a dedicated Technical Engineering Training Specialist to develop and conduct comprehensive training programs for internal and external customers on their complete product line. This role is essential in ensuring customers achieve the highest level of understanding and functionality with the offerings, providing training across various formats and maintaining training materials.

Responsibilities

Deliver training on the product line to new hire Engineers across all system types, from installation to decommissioning, through in-person, virtual, or streaming methods

Provide training to customer Biomedical Engineers (BMETs) during annual preventive maintenance and basic curative sessions, utilizing various training formats

Conduct lectures on product safety, installation, programming, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation, adhering to established course outlines and materials

Administer written and practical examinations, providing grades to the Training Coordinator or Director

Maintain training department equipment in optimal working condition, ensuring all instruments are current on preventive maintenance and technical bulletins

Observe trainees and address their questions during classroom sessions

Regularly review and update training materials to ensure continuous improvement and proper archiving of retired documents

Participate in meetings and seminars to gather information for enhancing the training program

Ensure all training classes have the necessary analyzers, reagents, and printed materials ready before sessions begin
