Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the end-to-end execution of assigned projects and programs
Assist with setting project timelines, milestones, and deadlines
Track progress, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues as needed
Prepare project status updates, summaries, and reports for leadership
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align priorities and deliverables
Support task assignment and follow-up to ensure on-time completion
Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to established processes

Required

2–4 years of experience in project coordination, program support, or a related role
Familiarity with common project management concepts, practices, and procedures
Strong organizational and communication skills

Demonstrated judgment, creativity, and flexibility in problem-solving

Bachelor's degree preferred
