Organized Account Manager

SymTec is seeking an Organized Account Manager to build relationships with clients and partner businesses while ensuring a positive impression of the company. The role involves project management, client onboarding, vendor coordination, and advocating for customer needs while tracking requests and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with clients, business owners, partner businesses, and create a positive impression of SymTec for everyone we meet
Project Management and new client onboarding (oversee through on time completion, standardize experience, communication through the experience)
Client vendor coordination, agreements (hardware, software, printer, ISP, etc.)
Standardization of customer site with SymTec best practices and recommended solutions (Products and services, documentation, communication)
Advocate for customers (determine their needs, goals, initiatives, timelines) Track all requests in ConnectWise and make sure all requests are completed and meet expectations
Technology Business Reviews (Meeting prep, record customer requests, completion of requests)
Gather all client info for invoices and billing
Oversee client agreements, make sure they are renewed, accurate, and according to client needs
Audit usage: license, software, endpoints
Oversee customer compliance, make sure they are aware and track progress of: HIPPA, PCI, FTC Safeguards
Track and report client Profitability
Project management, oversee projects for client, make sure they are done thoroughly and on time
