Responsibilities

Lead daily infrastructure operations across servers, storage, networks, and security

Implement, configure, and optimize physical & virtual server environments

Manage patching, OS deployments, monitoring, alerts, and backups

Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues

Oversee entitlement/Active Directory administration

Support procurement, lifecycle planning, and vendor coordination

Ensure compliance, documentation, and root‑cause analysis

Mentor team members and champion best practices

Participate in after‑hours on‑call rotation for critical system needs

Qualification

Required

3–5+ years of hands‑on infrastructure experience (servers, networks, storage)

Experience with enterprise backup systems, SAN, RAID, and security practices

Proven troubleshooting, documentation, and leadership skills

Preferred

Industry certifications preferred: CCNA/CCNP, MCSA/MCSE, CompTIA, VMware
