The Franchise Development Director will manage leads and oversee the franchise sales process to acquire new franchise agreements, ensuring adherence to regulations and achieving development goals.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of brand sales to include franchise broker outreach and lead development, organic lead development, daily/weekly/monthly reporting of progress, brand development and promotion, and collaborate with your team to drive KPI

Network & market with franchise consultant groups to generate leads

Manage lead flow and track sales process utilizing Franchise Sales Software (Sales Force) or CRM system

Guide the application process, perform due diligence, partner with legal to review legal documents, negotiate terms and coordinate the timely flow of documents to reach the final documents signing

Participate in Discovery Days both virtually and at Brand headquarters as necessary

Develop a thorough knowledge of the brand in order to communicate the opportunity to potential Franchisees

Attend applicable trade shows and conferences

Conduct sales process to ensure adherence to federal & state regulations, policies, and procedures

Achieve franchise development quotas/goals for activity and results

Work with the brand team to help develop sales collaterals, broker outreach strategy, validation process, territory alignment, and candidate introductions for Confirmation Day
