Responsibilities
Design intricate metal components for orthodontic devices using advanced 3D CAD software
Review digital files and collaborate with internal teams to ensure clarity and accuracy
Work closely with importing, 3D Metal Printing, and finishing departments to streamline workflow
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Track production progress and record essential information
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals, averaging 5 - 30 appliances daily
Qualification
Required
Proficient computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software
Understanding of dental anatomy, tooth movement, and orthodontic appliances
Ability to remain in a stationary, seated position for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Capability to work independently and as an integral part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 - 2 years of experience in CAD design
Preferred
Experience with 3D printing or digital orthodontic workflows is a plus
Further education in dental technology, CAD design, or related fields preferred
Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous
