Responsibilities
Monitors performance, resolves problems, & manages component capacity issues
Design, test, develop, configure, & maintain integrations to platform’s applications
Adhere to the platform’s security and coding standards for resilience, data, and security
Review business requirements to deploy the best solution, including configuring, coding, & debugging
Work closely with cross-functional departments to communicate statuses & technical proposals
Deploy and configure platform applications tailored to company needs
Design technical solutions, configure/customize, test, maintain the platform applications to meet company requirements
Performs other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field
Two or more years of experience in release practices and environments or other related experience
Advanced Customization and Extension of Platform
Workflow and Process Automation within the Platform
Integration with External Systems and APIs, SSO
Performance Tuning for Specific Platforms
Utilization of Advanced Modules or Extensions
Monitors performance, resolves problems, & manages component capacity issues
Design, test, develop, configure, & maintain integrations to platform's applications
Adhere to the platform's security and coding standards for resilience, data, and security
Review business requirements to deploy the best solution, including configuring, coding, & debugging
Work closely with cross-functional departments to communicate statuses & technical proposals
Deploy and configure platform applications tailored to company needs
Design technical solutions, configure/customize, test, maintain the platform applications to meet company requirements
Perform other duties as required
