Responsibilities
Review all incoming intakes and push through critical and time sensitive intakes
Owner of creating, managing & prioritizing product features, using a backlog, including expertise in serving as the ultimate authority; agrees upon definition of done & supports the flow of work at the Program layer
Generates business value work with the Portfolio layer including working with the PO to assure that the work cascades down to the team level including driving and approving PI/TI Iteration/Sprint objectives
Key owner & driver of strategic themes & roadmap for the Product lifecycle including expertise in guiding the product through the lifecycle states including creating & management of rolling wave plans
Owns outlining & prioritizing enabler work including ensuring work is understood & execution coincides with business value work
Ensures Program risks are identified and managed
Identifies, tracks & manages appropriate feature metrics including expertise in tracking feature progress & areas for improvement
Works with Epic Owners to develop a Lean Business case for Epics, or if an Epic Owner, will develop & manage the Lean Business Case
Drives product innovation
Participant & reviewer of RFPs
Works effectively with all levels and roles including fully understanding R&Rs of the PO, team, stakeholders & other teams
Qualification
Required
Product management experience; managing the process, not people
Experience with Workday
Preferred
Experience with Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Payroll areas
Jira and ServiceNow experience
