This role is responsible for performing inspections, supporting batch record review, maintaining documentation control, and ensuring products and materials meet established quality and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
Oversee and perform inspections, sampling, and monitoring of manufacturing, compounding, filling, and packaging processes to ensure GMP compliance
Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of batch records for in-process, bulk, filled, and finished products
Inspect and release production lines, components, raw materials, and finished goods in accordance with established quality standards
Perform in-process testing using laboratory equipment including pH meters, viscometers, and balances
Identify quality issues, document deviations, and support investigation and resolution efforts to maintain product quality and compliance
Qualification
Required
Some experience working in a manufacturing or GMP-regulated environment
Knowledge of GMP principles and experience working with SOPs
Strong attention to detail with solid documentation and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Ability to make independent quality decisions related to inspections and product acceptance
High School Diploma or GED required
