Senior LevelWALTER is seeking a CIAM Architect with deep expertise in SAP Customer Data Cloud to lead end-to-end solution design, implementation, and operations. This role will support complex identity and access management initiatives focused on data integration, security, and customer experience across global platforms.

Responsibilities
Serve as subject matter expert for SAP CDC CIAM, including DataFlows, Consent & Progressive Profiling, and ScreenSets
Define and implement custom identifier strategies with policy governance and provider configurations
Architect data synchronization patterns using IdentitySync, Webhooks, and native connectors
Lead design and enablement of SSO (OIDC/SAML) with token/session/risk policies
Integrate SAP CDC with downstream applications and platforms, ensuring scalability and data quality
Collaborate with web/app teams to build reusable client/server-side implementation accelerators
Review architectures and production readiness with regional development teams
Manage roles, permissions, and privacy/security guardrails in line with standards
Operationalize Insights, custom reports, and the Identity Query Tool for analytics and audits
Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and assumptions that impact roadmap delivery
Translate localization and regulatory requirements into compliant technical solutions
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC)
Experience in identity and access management initiatives
Knowledge of data integration and security
Ability to design scalable and user-centric CIAM solutions
Experience with fragmented identity systems and inconsistent user experiences
Familiarity with compliance needs in identity management
Experience with governance standardization and technical accelerators
Proficiency in SAP CDC CIAM, including DataFlows, Consent & Progressive Profiling, and ScreenSets
Ability to define and implement custom identifier strategies with policy governance and provider configurations
Experience architecting data synchronization patterns using IdentitySync, Webhooks, and native connectors
