Partner Program Manager
RevOps Co-op is the largest global community for revenue operators, and they are seeking a Partner Program Manager to help run, scale, and improve the programs that power the community. The role involves managing partner relationships, coordinating campaigns, and overseeing membership and educational content.
Responsibilities
Manage relationships with RevOps Co-op sponsors and partners - track and execute against partner entitlements, deliverables, and renewals
Coordinate cross-channel campaigns (webinars, emails, in-person events, content placements)
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm event and content ideas that deliver measurable partner ROI
Write copy for partner promotions, event pages, and newsletters
Turn webinar and podcast transcripts into long-form content write-ups
Edit and publish video recordings from webinars, podcasts, etc. using Descript
Manage the paid membership program: curate Knowledge Hub content, support member onboarding, and execute member perks
Help maintain and expand the RevOps Certification programs (Foundations & Professional) and RevOps Course Catalog
Collaborate with instructors and community members to develop new course offerings
Support logistics and promotion for in-person dinners, happy hours, and conferences
Manage event production timelines, communications, and post-event content creation
Track performance metrics across programs and help improve community operations
Qualification
Required

Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Notion, Webflow, Descript, Zapier, and HubSpot
Comfortable interfacing directly with partners and community members
Creative and proactive - someone who can spot opportunities and make ideas real
Preferred
Prior experience in marketing, partnerships, customer success, RevOps or community management preferred but certainly not required
