Health Support Functions
Clinical Preparation: Prepare clients for clinic visits by accurately recording height, weight, temperature, and medical history
Bilingual Client Support: Provide essential Spanish translation services to assist clients with limited English proficiency
Assist Physicians: Support physicians during patient care, treatments, and procedures; ensure equipment readiness and sterilization post-procedure
Clinic Coordination: Maintain efficient clinic operations by preparing exam rooms and guiding clients through their visit
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage medical supplies to uphold seamless clinic operations
Laboratory Support: Collect, label, and process specimens for various laboratory analyses as required
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports to ensure compliance with state programs and assist in specialized treatments
Clerical Support Functions
Appointment Scheduling: Utilize the HMS system to schedule appointments accurately. Schedule clients for tests and procedures
Administrative Support: Assist with referrals and follow-ups as needed
Qualification
Required
One year of clinical experience working in a medical facility
One year of phlebotomy experience
English/Spanish bilingual, written and oral forms
Proficient in clinical settings processes
Advanced knowledge of laboratory procedures
Proficient in phlebotomy
Proficient with electronic medical records
Preferred
Experience working in an OB/GYN clinical practice
