Assisting with Medicaid applications, guardianship preparation, and estate-related matters
Drafting legal correspondence, summaries, notices, and internal memoranda
Reviewing billing records, facility documents, and case materials
Conducting preliminary legal and factual research
Supporting case organization and file management
Attending meetings and learning directly from case managers working on active matters
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain professionalism
No prior legal experience necessary
Preferred
Interest in elder law, healthcare law, or legal operations is a plus (not required)
