Responsibilities

Drive Growth & Market Expansion
Build and maintain strong partnerships with state placement authorities, case managers, and referral sources
Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand services across the state
Lead Client Placement & Onboarding
Oversee referral management, assessments, and placement activities
Ensure smooth transitions for new clients, including documentation, planning, and support services
Foster Relationships & Satisfaction
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, families, and stakeholders
Lead initiatives to measure and enhance client and stakeholder satisfaction
Strategic Leadership
Partner with senior leadership on market development strategies
Lead process improvements that strengthen service delivery and support accreditation standards
Team Leadership
Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of team members
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Prior experience in healthcare, human services, or market development strongly valued
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to travel frequently (approx. 4 days/week in the field)
Comfortable working in both office and community environments
