Responsibilities
Execute apparel color designs aligned with product, brand, and market needs
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, development, and material teams
Research and deliver seasonal color solutions driven by consumer, market, and trend insights
Develop color calendars, line art, GPINs, and merchandising tools to support execution
Finalize color details and manage sample approvals for market-ready delivery
Present color direction and merchandising stories to internal stakeholders
Mentor junior designers and support color design excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of apparel color design experience
True apparel color design experience is required
Strong fashion and color sensibility is mandatory
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office tools is required
Preferred
Experience with large, global apparel brands is strongly preferred
Experience with Vizcom AI is a plus
