Collecting, organizing, and analyzing new site locations in major markets throughout North America

Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis

Mapping and maintaining local broker relations

Reporting and communicating findings to deal makers and various departments within Fitness International

Required

Proficient at pipeline management, team member relations, mapping/data management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving

Proficient at conducting market research, specifically demographic and competitive analysis

Excellent at task and execution management within a team driven process

Proficient with spreadsheets, word processing, mapping, and a CRM software

Bachelor's Degree and no longer attending college

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Located in Orange County or within a 45 minute commute of Newport Beach

Preferred

Prior experience in a similar role or the real estate industry is highly beneficial but not required
