The IT Systems Analyst will be tasked with designing improvements for the organization's computer systems to increase efficiency and will work closely with different parts of the business to automate workflows.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the business team and translate their needs into technical requirements
Produce scoping documents, such as use cases, technical specs, report requirements, etc
Create documents that summarize the findings and support recommendations
Be involved in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
Translate data results into written reports, tables, graphs, and charts to convey information to management
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Business Analyst experience
Hands on experience with SQL, Python, and Tableau
Worked with AI tools in the past (e.g. CoPilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, ect.)
Ability to learn different business branches and develop plan on how to automate workflows
Proficiency with Excel and Word
