Responsibilities

Building and managing impactful relationships with key technology and service partners
Identifying and pursuing joint opportunities that align with MathCo’s strategic goals
Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to design and execute joint go-to-market strategies
Overseeing performance monitoring and reporting for partnerships
Analyzing engagement and sales metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
Leading partner enablement and training programs to ensure alignment in messaging, product knowledge, and sales tools
Staying attuned to evolving market and ecosystem trends
Leveraging competitive intelligence and customer insights to inform strategic planning
Communicating MathCo’s solutions with clarity and strategic vision to both technical and business audiences
Serving as a visible representative of MathCo at major industry conferences and events

Required

5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, account management, or channel sales—preferably within data, cloud, or enterprise technology sectors
Proven track record of driving joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling, or co-marketing efforts with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technology platforms
Solid understanding of cloud platforms, data management, and analytics ecosystems
Proven ability to drive partner-led sales and deliver measurable business outcomes
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience collaborating cross-functionally to drive alignment and execution
Willingness to travel up to 50%, including event and conference attendance
