Responsibilities
Plan and deliver communications to external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers) in coordination with business partners
Support stakeholder engagement activities, including Change Champion networks, roundtables, and pulse checks
Develop communication materials such as key messages, FAQs/GAQs, presentations, and visual assets
Capture and incorporate stakeholder feedback to improve messaging effectiveness
Manage communications across channels including SharePoint, email, and live sessions
Collaborate with Communications, Change Management, and COE teams to align messaging and timing
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting ERP or large-scale IT transformation initiatives
Strong strategic communications and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced environments
Preferred
ERP exposure (SAP or similar)
Comfortable with collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Asana/Azure DevOps)
