Responsibilities
Working directly with Director of product, you will be responsible for setting the product vision and strategy for the K-12 education marker
Conduct market research to discover customer needs and industry trends to define innovative business strategy
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering team to study competitive landscape and propose winning strategy
Work closely with Channel Partners and End User Customers to understand pain points and propose innovative solutions for the applications
Partner with R&D team in Asia for new product idea and development
Cooperate with sales, marketing, and logistics team to define the product release strategy and launch process
Define and track metrics to measure the success of the product and use data to make future product decisions
Develop product training material and train support, sales, marketing, and channel partner teams
Interact with customers & partners for product demos and at trade shows
Qualification
Required
Experience in product management, preferably in the education technology sector
Strong understanding of K-12 education market and customer needs
Proven ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, and design
Ability to define product vision and strategy
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience in developing product training materials
Ability to define and track metrics for product success
Preferred
Experience working with R&D teams, especially in product development
Familiarity with competitive landscape in the education technology market
Experience in customer engagement and product demonstrations
Knowledge of product launch processes
