Responsibilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to walk customers through troubleshooting steps and provide effective technical support
Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customers

Document interactions and escalate issues with empathy to enhance customer experiences
Advocate for customers by identifying trends in issues and suggesting improvements to processes, policies, and products

Required

Must legally be able to work in the US
Must be at least 18 yrs of age
Highschool diploma or equivalent
The flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
