Responsibilities

Handle basically all parts of trust administration, like setting up new accounts, doing annual reviews, and keeping up with clients and their documents

Review trust accounts to ensure everything is correct

Help with new business and review tax or trust issues when they come up

Ensure everything follows the correct rules, including governing documents, company policies, Delaware trust laws, and federal/state regulations

Work with clients, advisors, and investment teams to keep things running smoothly, meet goals, and maintain strong relationships
