Executive Sales and Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities
Executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients
Managing both sides of the desk, while helping Clients and Candidates thrive
Focusing on existing Clients and identifying new ones, while interviewing candidates and matching them with their dream organizations and careers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience
New Business Sales and Development Experience
High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities
Team-player with a collaborative mindset
Technically savvy – interested in learning and implementing new technology
Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed
Driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Friendly competitive spirit and a winning mentality
Ability to work in a Hybrid model work environment
