Responsibilities
Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following OSHA regulations and all Federal, State, and Local laws
Prepare the warehouse for secure record storage
Perform timely maintenance and cleanliness of company vehicles assigned to the Processing Center, if applicable
Accurately enter data into systems and verify information for completeness and accuracy
Prep, scan, and index records as directed
Check records in and out of boxes using various systems
Frequently lift, stack, and shelve boxes weighing approximately 35 lbs while adhering to safety guidelines
Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, scissor lifts, or forklifts
Complete cleaning duties and maintenance, as needed
Travel to different sites for project work, as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
6+ months of related experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and stacking boxes
Must pass pre-employment screening per client and company guidelines
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
