Drive customer satisfaction through inbound service calls, email, and/or chat
Troubleshoot & resolve end user issues (technical support)
Respond to inquiries related to account details, products, and services
Navigate through multiple systems and tools when helping customers
Recommend product solutions for unique customer needs

Required

Strong communication skills, including the ability to navigate between screens while assisting customers
Problem-solver with a can-do attitude
Enjoy working independently and with a team
Must be 18+ years of age
High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
