Responsibilities

Define and execute comprehensive product strategies that align with company growth objectives and patient care standards

Manage the full lifecycle of multiple products, from development through launch, commercialization, and sustaining activities

Lead, mentor, and develop product managers and coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration

Direct market research and competitive analysis to guide decision-making, product positioning, and pipeline planning

Oversee creation and deployment of sales tools, promotional campaigns, and educational programs that drive product adoption

Partner with sales, marketing communications, clinical, regulatory, and R&D teams to align strategies and support key initiatives, including clinical evidence generation and reimbursement pathways

Strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals to support peer-to-peer education, brand advocacy, and market expansion

Own revenue and margin performance for assigned product lines, monitor KPIs, and adjust strategies to optimize results

Provide leadership in developing sales training programs, ensuring the sales team is equipped with impactful messaging and resources

Present updates on strategy, performance, and pipeline priorities to senior leadership and external stakeholders

Required

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in product management, marketing, or commercial strategy within the biologics or medical device industry, preferably in wound care

Proven track record of leading product launches, managing portfolios, and achieving commercial growth

Demonstrated success in managing and developing teams

Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L responsibility

Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and executive teams

Exceptional organizational, time management, and leadership skills

Willingness to travel up to 25%
