Responsibilities

Lead a small technical team, offering guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support to ensure successful project execution and continuous development

Assist in planning, executing, and delivering technical projects aligned with client objectives and timelines

Collaborate closely with team members, project managers, and consultants to contribute to project workflows and deliverables

Participate in the design, configuration, and deployment of technology solutions tailored to client specifications

Conduct installations, configurations, and testing of systems, leveraging company equipment to retrieve essential network information

Communicate effectively with clients, troubleshoot technical challenges during implementation, and maintain comprehensive documentation for compliance and knowledge transfer

Prepare status updates for stakeholders, provide training on new systems, and actively participate in quality assurance processes to ensure all deliverables meet high standards and client expectations

Required

3+ years of hands-on experience in a technical delivery implementation or consulting role preferably within the IT services or consulting environment

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage

Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural floor plans and IT-related CAD drawings

Possess CompTIA Network+ certification or equivalent knowledge and experience in networking fundamentals

Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies and/or technical delivery frameworks

Experience using a laptop to console network switches and knowledge of VLANs IP addressing and other CCNA-level networking concepts

Proficient with terminal applications and using console and proper cable to access network switches and other devices as required to perform basic discovery commands

Proven experience in leading a small technical team with a strong ability to mentor team members coordinate tasks and drive successful project outcomes

Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of collaborating effectively with clients and team members

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment

Familiarity with life cycles, project management methodologies and IT infrastructure

Must have reliable transportation to travel to client or project sites as needed
