Senior Product Manager
Reqroute, Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with strong expertise in E-Commerce platforms and Order Management Systems. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end order lifecycle processes to ensure seamless integration between online storefronts, OMS, ERP, and fulfillment systems.

Responsibilities
Configure and maintain OMS solutions (e.g., Manhattan, IBM Sterling, Salesforce OMS, or similar)
Integrate OMS with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and ERP systems
Manage order capture, inventory allocation, payment processing, shipping, and returns workflows
Ensure real-time inventory visibility across channels
Analyze order flow and identify areas for automation and efficiency improvements
Implement best practices for omnichannel fulfilment (BOPIS, ship-from-store, drop-shipping)
Work with APIs, middleware, and integration tools for data synchronization
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution
Partner with business teams to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Provide training and support for OMS and e-commerce functionalities
Ensure adherence to data privacy, PCI compliance, and security standards
Qualification
Required
12+ Years of experience
Strong expertise in E-Commerce platforms and Order Management Systems (OMS)

10+ years in e-commerce and OMS implementation/support
Hands-on experience with OMS platforms (Sterling, Manhattan, Salesforce OMS, etc.)
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and integrations
Proficiency in APIs, web services, and middleware tools
Strong understanding of order lifecycle, inventory management, and fulfilment strategies
Familiarity with omnichannel retail and digital commerce trends
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred
Exposure to ERP systems is a plus
