Advise on high level legal issues related to the PRA
Help supervise a team of dedicated staff attorneys, paralegals and reviewers
Manage the day to day operations of the ARC
Work with internal and external clients
Research and set protocols for novel substantive law issues for our municipal clients throughout California

Public Records Act knowledgeE-discovery experienceE-discovery certificationTeam supervisionLegal advisingClient managementResearch skills

Required

Substantive knowledge of the Public Records Act required
Candidates must be licensed to practice in California

Preferred

E-discovery experience and certification are preferred
