The Warehouse and Inventory Specialist will perform various functions including receiving and processing incoming equipment, managing stock, and assisting with shipping and receiving operations.

Responsibilities

Assist with shipping, receiving and checking in merchandise

Use proprietary CRM to log equipment, deliver out to technicians, and reconcile with accounting system

Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area

Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards

Inspect shipments upon receipt for damage or inaccuracies

Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer. Assist in counting of physical inventory

Prepare parcels for mailing, shipping and return. Process all returns within 24 hours of receipt

Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat

Organize the warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times

Wear the proper safety equipment

Maintain company vehicle fleet – drop off/pick up company vehicles for service and maintenance

Tracking maintenance schedules for all vehicles

Identifying and resolving GPS problems in vehicles

Coordinating vehicle inventory and supplies
