Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and maintain lease documentation and schedules in compliance with ASC 842
Manage lease data within the lease accounting system and ensure data accuracy
Review lease agreements and determine proper accounting treatment
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including journal entries
Perform and review lease-related balance sheet reconciliations
Serve as subject matter expert for lease accounting inquiries
Partner with Real Estate, Legal, FP&A, Fleet, and other teams
Support audits and special projects, including system upgrades and M&A initiatives
Identify and drive process improvement opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
5+ years of lease accounting or related experience
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 842
Experience in a corporate accounting environment
Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Preferred
CPA certification
Experience with FinQuery Lease software
