Responsibilities

Manages a project or distinct workstreams within a broader project or program, defining scope and establishing clear objectives

Develops, implements, and monitors detailed project plans, contributing expertise to major deliverables, milestones, and required tasks

Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences, ensuring project strategies are aligned with the overall department strategy

Maintains strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders and accurately document project details

Communicates project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers

Builds and maintains effective relationships, proactively fostering communication between internal and external project stakeholders

Influences key decisions across diverse stakeholder groups to maintain project momentum and alignment

Demonstrates the ability to track action items and follow-ups to completion

Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates project risks and any related project issues

Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

Required

Minimum of three years of related work experience

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
