Responsibilities

Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects

Reviews, manages and controls status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports

Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives

Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and line managers

Manages the direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives

Defines requirements and plans project lifecycle deployment

Schedules tasks and coordinates with various team members to accomplish the results

Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables

Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables

Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, analysis and reporting

Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to the project

Manage and provide oversight on assigned Enterprise, IT projects

Ensure adequate resources are assigned and aligned with service delivery and FOC criteria

Develop comprehensive project plan for all requirements/projects to include planning, quality control, direction, coordination, deliverables submissions and reviews

Provide weekly status updates to the contract, flight, and team lead

Create, maintain and dispose of task-related records and supporting documentation

Schedule all meetings that are pertinent to project planning and development

Understands agile project management methodologies and traditional project management functions

Develops project scope, backlog, and work schedules according to project requirements
